Show your associate QR code

Your associate QR code identifies you when it's scanned, for example when you check in at an event or redeem a subsidized meal at the cafeteria.

Steps

1. Sign in to CGS One App.
2. Open My Associate QR:
   • On a computer: select My Associate QR in the sidebar on the left.
   • On a phone or tablet: tap the menu icon (☰) at the top left, then tap My Associate QR.
   You can also open it from the My Associate QR card on the Subsidized Meals page.
3. Check that the name and domain ID under the code are yours.
4. Select Tap QR for scan mode, or tap the code itself. The code fills the screen and your screen stays on while it's shown.
5. Hold your phone steady in front of the scanner until the scan is accepted.
6. Tap the screen to leave scan mode. You'll see Tap to exit as a reminder.

Tips

• Turn your screen brightness up if the scanner has trouble reading the code.
• Scan QR in the app is for scanning other codes with your camera. To show your own code, use My Associate QR.
• Treat your QR code like your ID: don't post or share screenshots of it, because anyone holding it could present it as you.
