It's your associate ID: 2 letters followed by 5 numbers, for example AL12345. You use it to register, sign in and reset your password.
Yes, once. The first time you enter your domain ID on the sign-in page, you'll be asked to register and set a password. After that, you sign in with your domain ID and that password. See Register your account.
Your Carelon email, the address on your associate record. You can't choose a different one. If your Carelon email on record is missing or wrong, your HR partner can help, because it comes from Workday.
10 minutes. Requesting a new link replaces the previous one, so always use the most recent email. A password reset link also works only once. If a link has expired, start again from the sign-in page.
No. CGS One App has its own password, which you set when you register. Changing your workstation or Carelon email password doesn't change it, and changing it doesn't change them.
8 to 36 characters, with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, one number and one of these special characters: @ . # $ ! % * ? &. Other symbols, such as -, _ or a space, aren't allowed.

Pasting is turned off on CGS One App's password fields, both when you sign in and when you set a password. Type it instead. Select the eye icon in the field to check what you've typed.
Sign out, then use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set a new one. The reset page asks you to log out first if you're signed in. See Reset your password.
After 10 wrong passwords in a row, password sign-in is paused for 15 minutes and you'll see Too many attempts with the time left. Either wait it out, or reset your password: resetting lifts the pause, so you can sign in with the new password straight away. See Invalid Credentials for what to check first.
Yes. On the password screen, select Email me a one-time code and enter the 6-digit code sent to your Carelon email, or to your personal email if one is on file. See Sign in with a one-time code.
You stay signed in while you use CGS One App. If you don't use it for 24 hours, you'll be asked to sign in again.
The privacy notice explains how CGS One App uses your information. You acknowledge it when you register, and again whenever a new version is published, before you continue using the app. A copy is emailed to your Carelon email, and you can read the current notice at any time on the Privacy Notice page.
